“The painting Reflections is an abstract colour reflection of a very strong figurative work that dominates the space of the study where this work was created. It is a pure abstraction of the space, seemingly resigned to shapes and forms in order to accentuate the play of colours that are carefully selected and applied with the analytical precision of a kind of colour study. In a broader context, however, the painting relaxes and aerates the entire interior, and functions in itself as a soothing blur of reality that can take us further than it might at first appear.”
