OBRAZ NA ZAKÁZKU / Private installation – Villa Dolni Chabry, Prague

Prostor tohoto domu mi byl dlouho důvěrně znám – moderní architektura, geometrická čistota a střídmá barevnost. Původně interiér zdobilo jen několik fotografií a reprodukcí, které však nenabízely dostatečný kontrast ani vizuální hloubku. Společně s majiteli jsme hledali způsob, jak do prostoru vnést živější umělecký prvek, který by respektoval jeho charakter a zároveň ho obohatil. Výsledkem se stalo několik mých autorských pláten, přirozeně zakomponovaných do kompozice domu. Klíčovým prvkem se stal obraz You Inside You – přestože není jediným dílem v místnosti, právě on dokonale doplnil rozsáhlý interiér s dominantní knihovnou a dalšími uměleckými díly. Barevně patří mezi ty nejstřídmější, které jsem kdy vytvořila, a právě díky tomu se stal harmonickou součástí celku. Vznikl tak dialog mezi geometrií architektury a jemnou dynamikou malby, který prostoru dodává hloubku, energii i přirozenou rovnováhu.

I have known the space of this house for a long time—modern architecture, geometric purity, and a restrained color palette. Originally, the interior featured only a few photographs and reproductions, which lacked contrast and visual depth. Together with the owners, we sought a way to introduce a more vibrant artistic element that would respect and enrich the space. The result was a selection of my original canvases, seamlessly integrated into the home’s composition. The focal point became You Inside You—though not the only painting in the room, it was the one that perfectly complemented the expansive interior, which also includes a dominant bookshelf and other artworks. In terms of color, it is one of the most understated pieces I have ever created, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the surrounding elements. The result is a dialogue between the geometry of architecture and the subtle movement within the painting, adding depth, energy, and a natural sense of balance to the space.
