“We searched for a long time for a suitable painting for the central hallway of our new house, considering various commercial reproductions or pictures of our family. In the end we decided to approach the painter Petra Skopalova with a commission of a customized artwork for our interior. We were surprised that she came in person to see where the painting would hang and listened to all of our ideas. In the end, we ended up with a work of art that is completely in harmony with the environment we live in and, most importantly, with us. Sometimes I catch myself how much I like to stop and contemplate it. It’s just a new member of our family.
